$this morning was one of those mornings where running was just easy \\ it's not always like that for me... i've got some physical and mental injuries from past days when i didn't listen to my body. sometimes i run and it's just painful. today was different. i was even getting goosebumps on the later end of my run. it helps to have a husky to try and keep up with 😂 but i set the pace on this one. 5 miles might not be a lot for some runners, but I am damn proud to be nearing my former abilities as someone who enjoys the trials of building endurance and setting a pace. @nikerunning @brooksrunning$ $puppy paradise \\ #woof #ighusky #akhusky #aktony #comfyAF #chewy$
